Policy

This Policy explains how information is handled when you use Flare Line, our Android arrow-puzzle game distributed through Google Play.

Last updated: 3rd September, 2026

1. Scope and Who We Are

Nanjing Xingqun Network Technology Co. Ltd. ("Xingqun," "we," "us," or "our") publishes Flare Line (the "Game" or "Service"). This Policy applies to the Android version made available through Google Play.

Flare Line is intended for distribution outside Mainland China and South Korea. Availability may be further limited where required by law, platform policy, or the rules governing rewards.

Flare Line does not require registration or login. We do not create a user-facing game account, collect an account password, or provide an account-deletion feature. You may still request deletion of personal information that can reasonably be associated with you as described below.

2. Information We Process

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, enabled SDK configuration, and use of the Game, we and our providers may process:

  • Device, app, and network information: device manufacturer and model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen characteristics, app version, installation source, carrier or network type, IP address, and technical performance data.
  • Identifiers: Android advertising ID where available and permitted, app-instance, installation, mediation, attribution, and provider-specific identifiers.
  • Game and advertising activity: launches, sessions, level or task progress, reward eligibility, ad requests, loads, impressions, views, clicks, placement, revenue and currency, timestamps, and related interaction events.
  • Attribution and diagnostics: install/referrer source, campaign and media-source information, crash information, error logs, security signals, and fraud-detection results.
  • Approximate location: country, region, or general area inferred from IP address or network information. We do not need precise GPS location for the arrow-puzzle gameplay.
  • Support information: the content and contact details you choose to provide when contacting in-game support or submitting a privacy request.
Sensitive event parameters. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, government identifiers, account credentials, precise location, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information through custom AppsFlyer, Firebase, advertising, or analytics event parameters.

3. Cash Rewards and Redemption

Flare Line may offer fixed rewards for completing specified free levels or tasks. Users are not required to deposit money, place a wager, buy an entry, or make a purchase to qualify for those rewards.

If you choose to request redemption, we may process the third-party payment destination you enter, the requested amount, reward balance and eligibility, redemption status, transaction or reference identifiers, timestamps, and anti-fraud records. This information is used to review eligibility, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, complete or troubleshoot the payment, keep legally required records, and respond to support requests.

Payment providers may independently require additional information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not state that Flare Line collects a real name, government ID, bank-card data, telephone number, or identity-verification documents unless and until the implemented redemption flow actually requires them.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Game.
  • Save game state and measure gameplay, sessions, stability, and feature performance.
  • Determine reward eligibility, process redemption requests, keep transaction records, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Request, deliver, mediate, measure, and optimize advertising.
  • Attribute installations and campaigns and report app, advertising, and advertising-revenue events.
  • Understand aggregate audience and performance trends.
  • Respond to support and privacy requests and comply with legal or platform obligations.

5. SDKs, Advertising, Attribution, and Analytics

Flare Line uses TopOn and AppLovin MAX for advertising-related services, AppsFlyer for installation and advertising attribution, and Google Analytics for Firebase for app and advertising analytics. The exact SDK versions, initialization sequence, and final packaged configuration must be verified against the production Android build.

Advertising networks currently identified for the release configuration

Advertising demand may be provided through the following networks. Each provider may process device, app, network, identifier, consent, advertising-interaction, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention data under its own notice:

Advertising providers and their configurations can change. Before release, the production mediation consoles and final build should be checked so this list and the Google Play Data safety form remain accurate.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose relevant information to advertising, mediation, attribution, analytics, hosting, security, customer-support, payment, and development providers; to professional advisers subject to confidentiality duties; to authorities where required by law; and in connection with a corporate transaction. Reward-redemption information is disclosed only as reasonably necessary to validate, process, document, secure, or support the redemption.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, we provide required notice and choices.

8. Retention, Deletion, and International Transfers

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including game operation, redemption processing, accounting, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Periods vary by data type, provider configuration, and applicable law. Information may then be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of unless continued retention is required or permitted.

You may request deletion of information that can reasonably be linked to you through the support channel available in Flare Line. We may request enough information to verify and locate the relevant records and may retain limited evidence that the request was completed. Uninstalling the Game stops future collection by the Game but does not automatically delete information already retained by us or our providers.

We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, appropriate contractual or other safeguards are used for international transfers.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; appeal a decision; or complain to a regulator. Legal exceptions may apply.

You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID, adjust advertising or privacy settings, manage permissions, use available in-game consent controls, or uninstall the Game. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

EEA and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may exercise the rights described above. Processing relies on performance of a requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent as appropriate. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

United States

Residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale or sharing, profiling, and appeals. The exact rights, definitions, and exceptions depend on the law applicable to you.

Other regions

Users in Brazil and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may exercise the rights provided by those laws, subject to identity verification, legal conditions, and exceptions.

10. Adults Only

Flare Line is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where they live. The Game is not directed to children. If we learn that information was processed from an underage person contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Security and Third-Party Services

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Advertisements, payment services, or links may be operated by third parties. Their own notices govern their independent processing, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Android Permissions

Flare Line is an Android game distributed through Google Play. This Policy does not publish an unverified permission table. The package identifier, SDK versions, advertising-ID declaration, and every permission introduced through the final merged manifest must be reviewed before publication. Permissions that are not necessary for implemented gameplay, advertising, analytics, attribution, security, support, or redemption should be removed.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Game, providers, law, or data practices. We will publish the revised version and change the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.

14. Contact Us

For questions, privacy requests, or deletion requests, contact Nanjing Xingqun Network Technology Co. Ltd. through the support channel available inside Flare Line. Please describe your request and provide only the information reasonably needed for us to identify the relevant records.
